Attorney Mark A. Gullotta, Esq.

Attorney Mark A. Gullotta has been practicing law since 2003, when he was admitted to the State Bar of California. He is also certified a a CPA (inactive), and as a Notary Public in California.

Mr. Gullotta has been focusing solely on Estate Law and serves individual and families with Estate Planning, the Probate process, and advising Trustees and beneficiaries regarding Trust Administration. He published the SEC’s Auditor Independence Rule: Missing the Boat on Independence, 42 Santa Clara L. Rev. 221 (2001). 

Mr. Gullotta was certified as one of the top attorneys of North America for the years 2015-2019.
